IT Product Owner

Join us in this role where you’ll manage a team responsible for operation and maintenance of our OT network solution, with focus on patch management, Life Cycles Management and network ticket management. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that operates 24/7, interacting with all parts of the operation across many countries and cultures.

You’ll be part of the Operation & Maintenance team where, together with your colleagues, you will navigate priorities, align roadmaps and dependencies, and facilitate dialogues with experts and senior leaders, ensuring that our projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will drive innovation and excellence in the network area and collaborate closely with a talented and dedicated team, working around the clock to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You’ll play an important role in:

• building and maintaining a product strategy for OT network team by collaborating with IT leaders, business stakeholders and internal customers to set the direction and provide effective solutions
• balancing customers’ needs and operational efficiency handling the guard duty setup
• building strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating discussions about the OT network solutions, navigating priorities, translating technology into business benefits, discussing enhancements and aligning on objectives
• managing product backlogs by turning OT network strategy into a transparent backlog and roadmap that will enable deliveries by the product team
• ensuring product adoption, building customer awareness, knowledge, and satisfaction.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have experience as a product owner or in a similar role with a focus on network solutions
• are strong in working with multiple stakeholders on various levels in the organization, navigating priorities, aligning roadmaps and dependencies, and facilitating dialogues with experts and senior leaders
• demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams in Denmark, Poland and Malaysia
• have a basic understanding of networking and network operations
• have experience in Operational Technology (OT), preferably in the electrical industry or renewables.
• have knowledge of cyber security standards such as IEC62443 and ISO27001/2 or CCNA/CCNP certification- this will be an advantage.
