As a team, we have a global, knowledge-driven, innovative, and informal work environment where we work closely with stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • understanding the dynamics of our European gas portfolio, identifying risks related to activities and reporting on mandate compliance
  • advising senior management on energy market risk by delivering insightful risk analysis
  • supporting the ongoing development of new risk metrics and global risk frameworks
  • utilising your analytical capabilities to innovate reporting capabilities
  • fostering informal and trusting relationships with our broad base of stakeholders.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • hold a master’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, mathematics, data analytics, or a similar field of study
  • have relevant analytical experience within risk management or finance
  • are proactive, structured, and keen on collaborating with colleagues around the globe
  • possess a quantitative mindset and professional data analytics experience
  • are proficient in Excel and at least one of the following languages: SQL, Python, or VBA
  • embrace working in a dynamic work environment, as Ørsted is currently undergoing significant changes.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
