Business graduate - Warranty Claims Management

Step into a career where you'll carry out warranty claims for our largest offshore wind projects and gain technical, commercial, and legal experience

The Ørsted Global Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential. We offer you an intense two-year developmental journey where you’ll learn from experts within your field and get diverse project experience, develop transferable skills, and build a strong cross-functional network with other talents.

The graduate journey
Our Global Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.

You’ll be part of the Turbine Supply Agreements and Warranty Management team, working in a dynamic global environment with eight experts based in the UK, Denmark, Taiwan, and the US. Our team, consisting of technical, legal, and commercial specialists, fosters a collaborative culture to address industry-shaping warranty cases. We nurture a lively, team-oriented environment while skilfully combining our expertise to tackle impactful warranty cases.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • tracking and documenting warranty claims related to wind turbines and the components that make up the rest of the wind farm
  • collaborating with internal and external partners to gather information and contribute to resolving warranty-related issues
  • learning and contributing to defect investigations by participating in technical assessments and investigations to support the warranty claims process
  • engaging in training and development opportunities, gaining insights into contract management, negotiation, and compliance within the renewable energy sector.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • hold a master's degree in law, business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • have a maximum of one year of full-time, relevant work experience between your master's completion and 1 September 2025
  • demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a structured approach to your work
  • exhibit excellent communication skills and a willingness to engage with various stakeholders
  • are eager to learn about the intricacies of contract management and warranty processes in the renewable energy industry
  • have strong communication skills and are fluent in both spoken and written English.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
