Land Contract Analyst

Join us in this role where you’ll support Orsted’s onshore portfolio through the analysis, administration, and reporting of land contract data that will directly impact our ability to deliver on clean energy goals – with accuracy, accountability, and leadership at the core.
Welcome to Land Contract Administration
You’ll be part of the Project Intake team, where you and your colleagues will collaborate with Development, Construction, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline contract execution and communicate alignment across all stakeholders. As a team we excel in contract management, value collaboration and innovation, and foster a supportive environment where every member contributes to our shared goals.
You’ll play an important role in:
- analysing land contracts and extracting key data points
- accurately identifying property information related to land contracts
- ensuring issuance and tracking of land payments timely and accurately
- assigning payment types, taxes, contract obligations, and apply correct SAP coding
- generating payment statements with detailed contract data
- providing reports and insights for project evaluation
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a general understanding of industry contracts related to Land/Real Estate
- are proficient in calculating standard payments
- possess strong critical thinking skills
- demonstrate strong attention to detail
- hold a BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
