Project and Contractor Manager (m/w/d)

Join us in this role where you’ll coordinate and manage service contracts for offshore wind farms, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of operational campaigns. You’ll work closely with technical experts, buyers, and supply managers to drive performance and compliance across contractor activities.

 

Welcome to Continental Europe Operations
You’ll be part of the Contractor Management team where you together with your colleagues will manage external service providers at our Norden-Norddeich site. You’ll collaborate with global support teams to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance across projects of varying complexity.

Key responsibilities

  • act as the primary contact for contractors and coordinate regular meetings to ensure effective service delivery
  • communicate time, quality, cost, and QHSE requirements internally and externally to improve contractor performance
  • set, implement, and monitor contractor KPIs to ensure alignment with budget and contractual obligations
  • ensure availability of on-site resources, including vessel capacity and technician coordination
  • manage operational readiness and compliance for diverse projects
  • liaise with global support functions to align on execution and performance.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have completed a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience
  • bring experience in supplier or vendor management, contract and stakeholder management, and tender processes, ideally in offshore wind or maritime sectors
  • take a solution-oriented and analytical approach to your work
  • communicate fluently in both German and English, and thrive in multicultural environments
  • are confident in making suggestions and navigating complex topics
  • enjoy working collaboratively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Please note that this role is a maternity cover for 1 year.
