Imagine a future where you’re responsible for shaping the long-term value creation of IT solutions in close collaboration with the business

Join us in this role where you’ll become a technical product owner in one of our agile release trains (ART), and where you’ll be responsible for operational excellence and delivery lifecycle management.

Welcome to SMARTPlant ART
You’ll be part of the system team where you, together with your colleagues, will  be jointly responsible for shaping the long-term value creation of IT solutions in close collaboration with the business, the IT management team, and internal and external stakeholders. As a team, we respect each other and provide a safe environment to support the personal and professional growth of all. You’ll work with people who are leading, caring, and perseverant.

  • defining the needed funding for cost elements in the ART budget and following up on spendings with the RTE
  • working with ART leadership to establish and articulate technical capabilities and key objectives for the ART
  • engaging with product teams and SMEs with the desired outcome of integrating and aligning the enablement work across the ART
  • working as a liaison between ART, the surrounding IT organisation, and centres of excellence to bring best practices and create the feedback for continuous improvement of operational excellence
  • prioritising and accepting Enabler features for the system team backlog together with the Solution Manager
  • defining and prioritising the System team backlog in alignment with ART leadership and business stakeholders needs.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • thrive in an international environment and are able to create and maintain strong relationships with your stakeholders across borders
  • have a proven track record in leadership setting the agenda in a proactive and systematic manner
  • are able to communicate clearly and fluently in English.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
