Welcome to Process, Integrations and Data IPL
You’ll be part of the Platform and Integration team where you, together with your colleagues, will deliver value to the business across a global IT organisation with more than 1000 employees. You’ll play a central role in the platform implementation and migration of automation jobs from a centralised, on-premises platform to a modern cloud-based platform. As a team, we work in a global matrix organisation where you’ll collaborate with developers, cloud and integration engineers. We offer flexibility yet value the opportunity of being onsite regularly.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting migration activities from Control-M to Airflow version 2.5.0
  • developing Airflow as a platform to enable and support workflows for data and process automation across the organisation
  • democratise our Airflow platform for the benefits of other teams
  • onboarding of other teams, helping them use Airflow and develop their own automation code
  • engaging with the open-source community around new functionalities and updates to Airflow and its ecosystem.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a team player with strong technical skills, motivated by transforming the technology in close cooperation with a broad variety of stakeholders
  • feel comfortable working with at least one scripting language, e.g., Python, WinRM, or PowerShell
  • have experience with Apache Airflow or similar automation and scheduling tools, such as Control-M, Luigi, Oozie, Prefect, or Dagster
  • have experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
  • have experience with Docker or Kubernetes on any major cloud provider.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
