Senior UX Designer

You’ll be based in Warsaw, with your teams collectively distributed across three continents.

Welcome to PL Agile 2 Competency Centre
You’ll be part of EC Solution Train: Construction ART where you, together with your colleagues, will play a crucial role in elevating one of our core applications that is business critical. You’ll also support other applications that have strong connections to our core application. the team supports work of various specialists through the wind farm scoping, planning and construction phases. We assist them in simulating costs of project execution and bring insights from their service back to the site and global operations organization through the use of internal applications. As a team, we value curiosity and open communication.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • acting as the voice of the user in the team and conducting user research that is used to help us make sure we’re solving the right problems at the right time
  • support us on the journey to become stronger at measuring the impact of our products on our users and business objectives
  • providing exceptional usability to a considerable amount of people who work on our offshore wind farm sites and understanding their ways of working
  • developing low and high-fidelity prototypes, incl. wireframes when required
  • collaborating closely with your agile team to support good product management and product strategy practices.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience
  • have UI/UX development experience and experience in working on user experience of digital products
  • take ownership, drive understanding, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations with strong storytelling skills
  • are experienced in researching and defining business requirements and translating them into user stories and functional specifications
  • have an agile mindset and experience working in an agile environment
  • are keeping up with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UX and design.
