Software Engineer

Join us in this role where you’ll work in our development team and participate in all phases of the software development project life cycle, incl. analysis, design, development of code, testing of business software applications, and project implementation in a distributed SAFe agile setup.

You’ll be part of the .NET & Mobile Application Competence Centre where you, together with your colleagues, will provide IT integration services to all business units in our group, enabling the business to grow rapidly across the globe. We’re following the principles of SAFe, emphasising collaboration, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment to deliver our goals efficiently. You’ll play an important role in:

  • creating business value by developing and maintaining extended functionality on IT products for business users
  • performing full stack software development depending on business demand and needs
  • developing and maintaining software solutions combination from inhouse development and off-the shelf customisation
  • participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and plan meetings with colleagues around the world.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, software engineering, or similar
  • have experience in designing interactive applications and ability to develop software in .NET for back-end and Angular for front-end, or other programming language
  • have excellent knowledge of relational databases and object relational mapping technologies
  • have experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework, with .Net Core as bonus
  • have strong fundamentals with test-driven development and are proficient in software engineering tools
  • have the ability to adapt in fast-moving environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
