Senior Lead Performance Management Consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll have a significant opportunity to impact the way we work with performance management moving forward. You will play a critical role in developing and shaping the strategic direction for performance management at our company. You will drive substantial change by implementing a performance management structure and collaborating with stakeholders across our organization, from the CFO to business units and our digital deployment team. You will own the governance around performance management, including templates, definitions, and processes.
Welcome to Financial Performance & Analysis
You’ll be part of the Performance Management CoE - Financial Analysis and Allocation, where you and your colleagues will make a difference by driving change projects. The team consists of 2-3 members working full-time on performance management, responsible for the Center of Excellence not only for finance but for our organization as a whole. The rest of the team focuses on change projects, primarily owned by business finance. As a team, we support each other and are committed to developing both as a team and as individuals. We value having fun together and appreciate informal dialogue.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Developing and shaping a strategic direction for performance management at our company
- Enforcing a global standard across technologies and the value chain, aligning on requirements related to KPIs, early warnings, and other reporting measures
- Establishing and enforcing governance to enable efficient use of performance management
- Creating, adjusting, and maintaining a roadmap for the digitalization of KPIs and dashboards
- Participating in quarterly Business Review meetings with the Group Executive team, responsible for summaries and actions towards the business
- Assisting in forming the performance management Center of Excellence team and defining the way forward.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have the ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders at different levels, both within and outside finance
- Demonstrate the ability to engage with other leaders and navigate a complex stakeholder landscape with senior stakeholders
- Have experience with change projects and can foster cross-functional collaboration
- Manage project responsibilities with medium to high complexity
- Have a structured approach to your work and can work independently
- Preferably have experience in performance management.
