Strategy and business development

Join us in this role where you’ll manage the day-to-day aspects of all commercial requirements of your assigned assets, incl. coordination with all internal and external stakeholders on those projects. You’ll optimize projects to achieve high targets for P&L, compliance, and commercial performance. 

Welcome to Offshore Asset Management 
You’ll be part of the Offshore Asset Management team where you, together with a diverse group of colleagues, will implement and maintain a strong QHSE culture at the assigned sites, manage relationships with external stakeholders, coordinate efficient reporting, and sustain effective ownership of project requirements. As a team, we work in a collaborative, cross-functional, and cross-culture environment to optimize the performance of our projects through the entire life cycle. You’ll play an important role in:  

• providing commercial and contractual oversight of assigned operating sites 

• acting as a point of contact for joint venture partners and tax equity partners 

• ensuring full compliance and execution of all commercial contracts, incl. asset management of service agreements, offtake agreements, and service provider agreements & regulatory 

• shaping our interests in commercial negotiations and due diligence for assigned assets, incl. farm downs and tax equity 

• managing continuous improvement for assigned assets’ processes. 

To succeed in the role, you:  

• have experience managing stakeholder communications and relationships 

• have interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders 

• have experience managing supplier contractual performance and issue resolution 

• have bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance or similar experience.
