Join us in this role where you’ll develop and set the strategic direction for sourcing of heavy lifting installation for our offshore wind farms. You’ll drive and support a continuous improvement mindset and develop the supply chain and category strategy for the procurement of Heavy Lifting installation in our organisation.

Welcome to Offshore Wind Category Strategy
You’ll be part of Heavy Lifting Category Management and Supply Chain Development team where you, together with your colleagues, will develop the strategies for the contracting of heavy lifting for our offshore windfarms. The Heavy Lifting installation category comprises offshore transport and installation of foundations, wind turbine generators, and substations. You’ll be part of a team consisting of nine category managers and supply chain developers. As a team, we have diverse backgrounds and thrive in an international environment where we value the unique contribution from each team member. We support each other to develop and value knowledge sharing.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • driving the module sourcing strategy for the heavy lifting category
  • driving the supplier relationship management
  • challenging and improving the skillset of your colleagues, especially in relation to strategic procurement
  • driving efficiency by helping us on our journey to work smarter
  • setting clear directions for your areas of the category, supporting your colleagues in their supplier development and category management efforts.
