Welcome to Digital Enablement & MarTech

You’ll be part of the Analytics, SEO & MarTech team, where together with your colleagues you’ll be responsible for operationalising marketing technology, data collection and provide actionable insights that enables informed decision making.  We are a newly built small team in Warsaw, where everyone operates within their own specialty field of marketing. You’ll be collaborating closely with your local team and your colleagues in Denmark to support our marketing department as well as internal stakeholders in our global business.  You can expect a friendly work environment based on trust, respect, and collaboration.  We are specialist in each of our areas and take pride in collaborating and helping others achieve their goals.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • performing analyses and communicating insights to optimise marketing initiatives, our digital platforms, and other digital touchpoints
  • monitoring and optimising our tracking architecture to ensure we have consistent and accurate data
  • responding to ad-hoc requests for analyses using website traffic, marketing spend, CRM data and beyond
  • building reports, dashboards and developing reporting templates that can be used across teams and regions
  • advising on KPIs and how we can best use them to measure performance
  • helping build a data driven culture by assisting and training colleagues in using data to their advantage.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • have experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Piwik PRO, Google Tag Manager, Google Marketing Platform, Looker Studio, BI Power Studio, etc.
  • are highly analytical and can turn data into insights
  • have a good understanding of digital analytics, from tagging and tracking
  • ability to speak the language of analytics to non-marketers
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting ideas to stakeholders.
