Welcome to Service Operations ASIA Pacific Competence Centre
You’ll be part of our in-house ServiceNow team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for ensuring both the stable operations and continuous development of the platform to enable the full potential of ServiceNow. You’ll act as a developer and be in dialogue with end-users and architects. You’ll also design best practice solutions, create requirement specification, shape, and optimise our daily operations through ServiceNow, all  within your agile team in IT. As a team, we are a positive, innovative, and supportive group who works together and helps everybody to be successful in our organisation!

You’ll play an important role in:

  • ensuring day-to-day support and administration, operation, and development of the ServiceNow platform
  • participating in designing automated workflows using REST API, Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, in line with established standards to improve both IT & business processes across on the ServiceNow
  • engaging in dialogue with the business to understand objectives, discussing technical possibilities, and solution design whilst ensuring requirements specification
  • working with the product owner, scrum master, process specialists and other cross-functional stakeholders to guide and co-create development tasks while supporting and sharing knowledge with the Service Now Team and users
  • supporting our HR and Business Service organisation in digitalisation processes.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work, with strong problem investigation and resolution skills
  • have knowledge of JavaScript, XML, and structural programming concepts as well as Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS
  • preferably have prior experience with ServiceNow development and have worked with ‘forms’ and workflows before
  • are a team player with a customer and results-oriented mindset as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • can leverage IT service management best practices and operate the ServiceNow platform as a shared service on behalf of the organisation
  • are fluent in both written and oral English.
