The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments, and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions.

You’ll work with the development of our business strategy around US utility markets and how we can optimize our position within that market for the initial rotations. The remaining rotations will focus on the fundamentals of project development, finance, and asset management. These will provide you the building blocks to understand all stages of the renewable project life cycle.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing our utility market strategy in US
  • supporting RFP responses for utility customers
  • continuously developing the origination dashboard
  • keeping group materials up to date, i.e. pricing information, bid data, etc.
  • updating our data and supporting the buildout of our dataset
  • building out our historical customer request database.
To succeed in this role, you:

  • have an understanding of basic US energy markets
  • have the ability to take large amounts of data and develop concise presentation materials
  • can work with large complex datasets, and are able to consolidate complex material into manageable and actionable items
  • have a commercial acumen, i.e. understand basis business terms, such as NPV, Weighted Average, and Cost Capital
  • have an interest in engaging directly with potential customers
  • have a degree in a business or environmental field.
