Join us in this role where you’ll help drive onboarding, training, and mentoring in relation to our wind power activities in the US.
Welcome to Operations
You’ll be part of a global team scoping onboarding and training of employees working across our activities in the US. You’ll report directly to the regional Head of Learning & Development and cooperate closely with the local management in the US.
You’ll play an important role in:
initially, being responsible for planning the onboarding and booking of training for site staff
sourcing and cooperating with training providers for both technical and safety training, and supporting the development of local training providers
booking and coordinating training for wind technicians servicing our coming turbines – including local implementation of the Wind Technician Log Book
coordinating and planning secondment of wind technicians in a mentor role
supporting clarification of training requirements for all roles on sites and evaluating training activities with an aim to improve quality of training
implementing management of our competence management system.
To succeed in the role, you:
have a specific background in learning and development
have high proficiency in written and spoken English, and good communication and presentation skills
have excellent business understanding and the ability to structure large amounts of data into useful information
have good administrative skills and a structured approach
have strong experience in delivering high-quality training solutions within the wind industry or a comparable industry
are a team player and able to cooperate across all organizational levels.
