Join us in this role where you’ll bring your experience, ambition, and passion around Inclusion & Well-Being (I&W) to help our organization grow more effectively around the world. In this role you’ll work primarily with our US organization that comprises both offshore and onshore wind farms where we create and develop green wind energy, hydrogen, and solar energy. You’ll also have the opportunity to support our global markets within inclusion activities and well-being initiatives.

You’ll be part of I&W where you, together with your colleagues, will report to our head of global I&W. You’ll break new ground in this role, delivering and developing as part of a global team of seven. I&W is a new department in our Global Talent organization: an ambitious, original, and energizing team where innovation, commercial focus, and curiosity are highly valued. We work flexibly within the team in order to lead and live sustainable holistic lives while being able to relate to a global organisation.
You’ll play an important role in:
creating a talent magnet, building inclusive teams, and growing and sharing our talent.
participating along your global I&W colleagues in implementing the global inclusion and well-being strategy to ensure everyone can thrive, perform, and grow
delivering ambitious inclusion and well-being activities to the global organization ensuring progress within a diverse workforce, creating strong internal and external partnerships, while ensuring equal opportunities across the employee lifecycle
engaging with leaders and talents in the US and globally
leading the development of focus on health and well-being both during and after the global pandemic to ensure we provide and care for our people both short term and long term
engaging and supporting the external and internal partnerships to drive the inclusion and well-being agenda at scale; including partnering with employee resources groups and our Ørsted Life champions.
To succeed in the role, you:
have a deep-seated ambition and skill set to use inclusion, diversity, and well-being to transform organizations and the world around us – for commercial benefit and social good
have impactful and relational communication skills to support employee networks, connect with external partners, and establish relations across the global organization to promote and support the D&I agenda
have an informed perspective to make talent/HR activities as inclusive as possible
can use data to identify opportunities and track progresses to support our business by identifying opportunities to lead diversity
use global sensitivity and cultural empathy to connect with people and working practices across many different cultures.
