You’ll play an important role in:
building a NERC compliance framework for both new wind farms and the business
building and developing your new US based Compliance and Reliability team
continuous reporting of compliance performance to senior management
forging efficient relationships with internal project teams and engineering departments.
To succeed in the role, you:
5+ years’ familiarity with NERC requirements
are comfortable managing technical risks
are a good communicator and influencer, forging strong relationships
have both technical and compliance competencies
challenge the ‘norm’, and have a professional, proactive, and systematic approach to your tasks
